“I’m incredibly passionate about 3D modeling and fabrication, just straight up obsessed with making things to the best of my ability. Growing up in South Florida, I learned all about old-school drafting, design, and machining techniques from my father, who ran a prototyping business in the 80s. In high school I picked up 3ds Max and quickly realized how 3D modeling could enable me to design incredibly complex projects. With today’s 3d printers, CNC machines and laser cutters we can bring just about anything to life.
I’ve spent the past 8 years in Los Angeles as an exhibit designer creating large scale environments with steel wall structures, integrated AV systems and everything from 14’ foam rock walls to particle-sim animations. It has been a journey of constantly meeting and learning from incredible artists, designers, engineers and fabricators. I started Saida Props in my spare time, to challenge myself and showcase some personal work. The incredible feedback from new makers just getting into the hobby has encouraged me to become a resource for others as much as possible. “
